The DePaul University Academic Program Review records contain self-study plans, self-study reports, progress reports, and additional supporting documentation submitted by departments, colleges, schools, programs, centers, and institutes during review periods conducted by the Academic Program Review Committee (APRC). The records also include meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, handbooks, and other administrative materials generated by the APRC.

This collection contains records pertaining to the presidential administration of the Reverend Dennis H. Holtschneider, C.M. Materials include a recording of Fr. Holtschneider's inauguration, records of the Faculty Handbook Task Force, documentation of DePaul University's Vision 2018 strategic plan, university documents, awards, memorabilia, photographs, and other materials created or received during Father Holtschneider's presidency.
This collection consists of a variety of materials relating to presidents at DePaul including: obituaries, photographs, interviews, and articles by and about president. Each individual has a folder containing information about him.
The Collection on DePaul Women's Network contain reports, a performance summary, a management guide, and promotional materials. Four pinback buttons and a small book about Louise de Marillac and St. Vincent de Paul have been filed with the DePaul University Memorabilia Collection.

The DePaul University Department of Records Management records contain correspondence, drafts of reports and policies, signed Records Certification forms from various University departments, and annual reports. The collection also contains digital material, including meeting minutes, notes, planning documents, and a records management manual.
This collection includes activity and annual reports, correspondence, program proposals, conference brochures, and workshop documents, transcripts of interviews, and various essays. It also contains mission statements and materials documenting the development of the Office of Mission and Values, as well as materials documenting various research projects carried out to determine the perceived and stated values of the institution, of the students, and of the Vincentians.
This collection consists of the records of the Faculty Council. It includes meeting minutes, correspondence and memos, revisions of university policy, documents from other university departments, faculty newsletters, and several versions of the Faculty Handbook. As these records were deposited from various retiring members of the Faculty Council, not all years contain the same level of documentation.
The Office for Teaching, Learning and Assessment records consist of annual assessment reports from many of DePaul's programs, departments, schools, and colleges. Some reports include three-year plans for future expansion. The collection also features TLA's own annual reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative materials.
The DePaul University Office of Community and Government Relations records contain correspondence, proposals, reports, financial records, planning materials, publicity, and other documents related to DePaul University's relationships with international institutions, the state and federal government, and local neighborhood associations.
The records of DePaul University Compliance and Risk Management consist of publications, meeting minutes, handbooks, and codes of conduct.
This collection consists of the complete records of the University Senate. It includes reports, minutes, correspondence and memos, questionnaires, ballots, financial records, newspaper clippings, and by-laws.
